Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi:  This story takes place in a dystopian future where an organization called the reestablishment has taken over. There is also a main character named Juliette who, at the beginning of this book, is imprisoned due to her deadly touch. She finds out there are others like her with powers (some good some bad) and she will have to decide which side she is on.

Matched by Ally Condie: This again takes place in a dystopian future where those in the society make all the choices for the people living in it. The main character Cassia has always trusted the choices they made until a recent event makes her start questioning everything

Replica by Lauren Oliver: This is about two girls named Gemma and Lyra and an organization called the Haven Institute. There are secrets uncovers slowly throughout this book that end up changing both girls lives forever.
